Happy Valentines Day.
This is my obligatory holiday post.
I'm not anti-Valentines Day.
Of course I do not like the commercialism that hounds the holidays (as with all other holidays), but I find that it as a holiday is almost elitist. It targets those who are relationships, and singles are left feeling as though they are somehow missing out on the grand scheme of things.
Hmm.

I got a nice black/brown Valentine from one of my fellow teachers - labelled "Happy Single Awareness Day!!!" It warmed my heart and yet, at night, I wondered what it would be like to at least have someone like me enough to send a genuine Valentines.
